Lead by Example

At Quaker Steak & Lube®, we’ll equip your new franchise with a team of 14 restaurant professionals who will work alongside you for a two week period, ensuring that you’re prepared for the big days ahead. Additionally, training facilities are available for new locations, which help develop the skills necessary in both hourly and management positions. Nothing in this world is better than real life experience, and these programs are put in place to give you just that.
